Some new stuff

I've made a little pile during the exams with all the new items i've collected the past couple of months and i'm so happy to finally have the time to photograph them! :) 

The first two items are these jumpers since i reallyreally needed some stuff i could just quickly throw on. I found this white knitted jumper at Essentiel during the sale and i couldn't be happier because it was surprisingly difficult to find a good one! 

This one is from Sonia by Sonia Rykiel and i first saw it hanging in a shopping window on my way to school. I fell more and more in love with it the more i walked past it, so i decided to just go for it :) I thing it's a perfect statement sweater to wear with a oversized denim jacket or some leather pants. Can't wait to show you a look with it!

I can imagine that this bag from Skinnydip will not be at everyone's taste, but i thought it was so cool! Really love the color combination. 

And last but not least this lovely perfume by MiuMiu. I must admit that the bottle made me buy it, but the scent is also very good! I'm not so good at describing scents but i would say that it starts flowery and light but becomes more heavy and musky the longer you wear it.

New in

Behold my only sales purchase! It's been years since i bought so little during the sales. That's because i'm all about the 'buy less, choose well' lately. When i'm hesitating about something in the fittingroom for example, i don't buy it. I only buy something when i'm absolutely over the moon with it and if the piece has the perfect color, texture, fit,... Yepyep i'm a bit (alot) critical when it comes down to fashion purchases. I just bought too much clothing in the past that i thought was such a good find because of the price reduction, but that i didn't have worn for ages. You can only learn from your mistakes, right? :) That reminds me of the fact that i need to do a closet clearance asap! Hugs, Annelies

Yesterday

I had some time between classes yesterday, so i decided to quickly browse the shops. Glad i made that descision because i found these gorgeous heels at Mango and finally after ages of searching for the perfect distressed skinny jeans, i found the One at Zara.

New in

So this is what happends when i have exams and can't go sale shopping: online sale shopping! :) The shoes weren't on sale, but when i saw them on the forever21 instagramfeed i was immediately sold! My favourite item is the furry pink clutch. It was hard to find a nice furry clutch, but this bubblegum-pink one just has the perfect color. The yellow bag is actually for a DIY project i want to do, but i first need some other items before a can get started.

New in: Sandro green suede bomberjacket

Something unplanned, but my best fall purchase yet by far! I was actually on the hunt for the perfect leather jacket, until i stumbled across this beauty. The pretty green color immediately catched my eye at the store. I tried to made the color on the pictures similar to how it is in real life, but in this case pictures really doesn't do it justice. Can't wait to wear it in a proper outfit!

New: high and comfy heels

My catch from the day: high but ultra comfy heels from Zara! I'm at level n00b when it comes to walking in heels, so these are perfect for me :p And: weeeekend has arrived, have an awesome one guys! Kisses!

New in: pink

This is what's new to my closet recently, pink pink pink! I'm so in love with my new Karl Lagerfeld fedora hat, 100% wool, handmade,... I'm becoming a real hat maniac! It's the third one in my growing collection. Now i'm on a hunt for the perfect straw hat that i can take with me on holiday (i'm going to Gran Canaria in september!). Give me a shoot if you spotted one! :)

New in

 Yesterday i was sent to several castings in Antwerp, so i couldn't resist to go on a little shopping spree afterwards in our city of fashion! I stumbled on this little clear case while browsing the clothes at zara. It was on my wishlist for quite a while, so finally it can be ticked off :) Also, i'm very into pearls now. The black blazer

Remember when i talked about my beloved black blazer that was totally worn out? Well, i've found a new one to follow up! I'm really picky when it comes to blazers and i've tried alot of them but they were all just not the right fit. This one is just perfect and a little bit different because of the detail on the shoulders. I'm pretty sure someday he'll be as worn out as my previous one too :)

My first designer shoes

Behold. My first designer shoes! It's not a girly Louboutin pump but some badass Givenchy sneakers. These babies listen to the name 'confetti sneakers'. I really love fashion with a fun twist and these sneakers absolutely fit into that 'fun fashion' category! I bought them while i was in Paris. Quite a historical moment in my fashion life :) When i heard the *peep* of the payment system i could only think 'it's official, it's official, they are mine now and i can't go backkk!'. And right after you have paid, another salesman stands there with a smile to hand you your brandnew shoes over in a shiny white bag. I couldn't stop smiling when i stepped through the door (that they hold open for you, it's all the little things that do the trick!) back to the Parisian streets. Anyway, i can't wait to show them to you in an outfit! Now, let there be confetti, because life is a party!

New in

The first moment a saw this choker from Zara i was sold. The pearls and the minimalistic design makes this piece definitely 100% on trend. I can see myself wearing it with a simple white or pastel top.

New in

Its a very rainy and boring sunday here a casa d'Annelies so i decided to show you the items that i recently bought.

First this ultra soft scarf from Zara. It has two different sides so you can choose a side depending on your outfit. And its reallyyy big! To give you an illustration: i can use it as a blanket when i'm sipping tea and watching tv.

A navy knitted jumper which is an essential this season! I will post an outfit with this newbie soon :)

I bought this cleanser from Philosophy because i heard alot of good things about it, so i had high expectations. My skin often feels tight after i used a cleanser. But when i cleanse my face with this one, my face feels soft and clean like no other! My high expectations are satisfied. Definitely worth a try!

In this post i talked about how i love a dark plummed lip. I don't wear lipstick that often, but i'm exited to give this one a try. This lipstick is from Rimmel in the colour 04.

The last items are these two rings from h&m. I really like minimalistic jewelry because it looks elegant and when it comes to rings, the more minimalistic designs are on your hand, the better!
