My summer 2016 style goals

10 more days and summer is here, fingers crossed that it'll be a good one! I'm already on the hunt for a new bikini this season, I realllly like the crochet ones like the one in the picture, if you have any tips where to find them, let me know!

Now I'm to pack my bags to go to Barcelona with Mazda this weekend, can't wait to tell you more about it and to show you some decent sunny pictures :) I'm already nervous to go on the plane though, hehe. My 5 favourite looks from last summer

Since it's already raining for a week here in Belgium and i'm stuck inside writing my thesis i thought it would be a good idea to select my favourite summerlooks i wore last year. Perfect method to ignore the raindrops on my window, no seriously it really feels like fall and you don't know how much i long to wear my summer wardrobe again! I just realize that it seems like i loved my hat alot last year, haha. Anyways, i wish you a lovely weekend! :)

Festival ready

Here i am planning my festival looks while it's pouring rain outside, haha. It really feels like fall again, while i just caaan't wait to wear some floaty summer clothes. What do you think of this combo? Can't wait to sip cocktails and dance in the sun in this look :) xx A.

Festival inspiration

Hey guys! Is it me or do i see Coachella e-ve-ry-where? I'm sitting here at my desk working on my thesis whilst i keep seeing snaps and instagrams from everyone who was at that happy place. Oh i wish i was there this year, maybe it's a good idea to put my phone somewhere else when i'm working or i'll keep dreaming instead :) But seeing all these people wearing the coolest festival looks gave me inspiration to make a post about what i would wear if i would be there. (oh if only!)

So i went to the webshop of Esprit to select some pieces i would totally see myself in over there. First things first: a hat and some sunnies can't be missing in the look. Secondly: i would want to be comfy whilst i'm dancing in the heat so i opted for some lose fitted clothes and slippers. I also added a necklace to make the look a little more boho. There can't be enough jewelry to wear on Coachella so i would actually layer some more necklaces up to the look.

But allrighty enough dreaming for now, back to my thesis.... I hope this inspired you if you're luckier than me and you're going to a festival soon. Hugs, Annelies

Last Marbella outfit

I'm going to miss editing these holiday outfits alot! It's raining and cold today, but i must admit i'm also a bit excited to wear coats and knitwear again :) This look was shot before we were heading to dinner in Puorto Banus, a city not far from Marbella. I actually bought the jumpsuit and shoes at a Zara over there, haha. I'm not addicted, Zara is just too good :P

Editing holiday pictures is the best kind of editing! :) This was taken while we were on the way to the beach. I just had to take outfit pictures on that cute sidewalk! Now that i'm drowning in work again (my final schoolyear is going to be the heaviest one i'm afraid) i wouldn't mind to do this all over again. These pictures are from one of our last days at Marbella, so we decided that laying at the beach and eating ice-cream would be the two main activities that day :) xx Annelies

Old Marbella

Here's the first look i wore during my trip to Marbella! Ohh how i miss the sun already! It's a bit depressing to think about how long it will be until i see some decent sunshine again actually :( :( These pictures were taken in the old part of the city in Marbella, i posted some of the picture perfect little streets on my instagram. The little houses were painted in alot of pastel colors so i feel like this outfit totally matched the town :) I wore this hat alottt on my trip so expect to see him again. I have to wash him though, because a bird decided to shit on it, haha, don't want to think about what would have happened if i didn't wore my hat that moment... :P

WeCanDance

 I promised to show you some pictures of beachfestival WeCanDance i went to, so here it is! Wish i was still surounded by palmtrees and coconuts but i'll have to do it with a grey sky at the moment. So counting the days until i leave for Spain! 21 days left! :)
