This weekend

Finally it was the perfect weather to wear my new off-shoulder dress! I already know that I'll pack this one with me on my holiday to Marbella, I only need a good straw hat to go with it. My previous one is so worn out that it has lost it's shape and there's birdshit on it that won't go away haha. Hope you had a lovely weekend! xx A.

Oversized

Sorry for the headless pictures, it was just windy as helll! My hair was all over the place :p Still no sign of a decent summer here in Belgium and I'm craving the sun so much! Luckely I've booked my trip to Marbella, so I know there's still some sunshine waiting for me :) 

I've also recently passed my internship and my thesis, which means that I'm graduating this year, wooop! :D Ready for the 'real' life know! But first I'm going to Rotterdam this weekend with the girls to celebrate!

Red x Black

Hey guys! How's your friday going? Good? This look was shot inside because it was raining buckets and buckets over here, but I think it has a cool effect to work with flash sometimes :) And a total black look this time, doesn't happen as much but sometimes I'm not in the mood for alot of color or prints. That's what I love about fashion, you can adapt it to your mood :) 

Besides the black I chose to put a pop of red in the look. I really love this one from Estée Lauder. It's called the Envy Lip Potion. It feels like a gloss, but stays like a lipstick, I'm a fan!

Bomberin'

Hey guys! This is what i was wearing last weekend. Me and my boyfriend went to Antwerp to stroll around and shop a bit, so i opted for this easy casual look :) The scarf and sunnies are new and i think they make the outfit so complete! I really need to invest in more accesories, they can change an outfit so much.

Now i'm off to the hairdresser, my hair is getting just too long like you can see in the pictures. I also want it a bit blonder for the summer, i'll show you the result later! xx

Hello, it's me

A big kiss for all of your patience lately! I know i was a bit absent lately... My thesis is FINALLY finished so that means that i have alot more time on my hands now :) So happy, i really craved to blog during my thesis but that wouldn't have been such a great idea because my time was very limited, i only slept around 4 hours a day for a week so i was really dead when i finished it.

Anyways, i'm back here on a regular basis and i even want to try to put up one blogpost a day :) We'll see how that goes! xx A.

Thursday chillings

Hey guys! Tea and some comfy clothes, that's all i need sometimes. Oh i couldn't live without tea i think. My green tea in the morning and camomile tea in the evening are my daily ritual. But i recently discoverd this raspberry tea, it's super sweet! It really helps when i have a sugar craving. Ok enough tea talk, i hope i don't sound like an old lady haha! 

I just finished a day with alot of thesiswork, so i have nothing else to report unfortunately. Two weeks to go and it will all be over! It's so hard these days because the weather is finally sososo good over here! Let's hope it stays like this when i've handed in my thesis :) xx A.

Since it's already raining for a week here in Belgium and i'm stuck inside writing my thesis i thought it would be a good idea to select my favourite summerlooks i wore last year. Perfect method to ignore the raindrops on my window, no seriously it really feels like fall and you don't know how much i long to wear my summer wardrobe again! What i wore in Paris

Hey guys! So last week i went to Paris with my boyfriend. It was just for one day, so it went by really quickly! On the other hand we Belgians are actually lucky i think to be able to go to Paris in a couple of hours driving. The best thing was going to the Gucci store, i kept calm but on the inside i was going mental haha, the collection is just sooo good! And the store itself is amazing as well, definitely go and visit that store if you are in Paris! (i posted some stuff from inside the store on my snapchat, you can add me on this username: annelies_hellem)

The day in Paris started not so good actually. I want to talk a bit about it so i could warn you if you see something similar in a big city. Me and my boyfriend were walking around the Arc de Triomphe and there were also a group of girls who spoke to people to try to sign their petition. So at a certain moment my boyfriend was a bit further away while a girl went to my with her petition. Then suddenly i was surounded with a group of those girls who were all screaming with there papers to sign and just a second later they were all gone. My boyfriend didn't even see it happen. I realised that that wasn't something normal so i immediately checked my bag... and everything was gone. I went straight back to those girls and demanded everything back, which they luckely did. I'm so lucky that i  realised that so quickly, otherwise i would have lost everything. So please let this be a reminder if you see something like this...

Pink

This is one of my favourite looks i wore lately, i really love to mix colors and prints to make them look well put together in an outfit. But don't get me wrong, i also like to wear monochrome and minimal looks from time to time. Fashion is all about wearing what you feel like :) The polkadots you see peeking behind my coat is actually a blazer that i don't like to wear on itself, but the print really is perfect to use as a detail in a look. Hope you like it!

Casual weekend

Hey guys! I recently teamed up with Terre Bleue to present you some items from the new flashcollection of this summer. There are some pretty classic pieces that will never go out of style, but also some pieces that are perfect if you want to go to the beach or a festival. Here's a first look where i'm wearing a top and pants from their new collection. I made the classic look a bit tougher by adding a leather jacket and platform shoes. The flashcollection of Terre Bleue will be in stores as of April 11th.
